The new business model doesn't even grade enrollment counselors on students staying past the first class. In other words, retention of students is not a top priority. The new matrix judges new enrollments, new referrals, transition of leads to new students but there is no real measure of how many students stay. I am disappointed that the school wouldn't care about it but apparently its not a top priority.
