The SEC and CFPB are also investigating CCI which was the subject of a discovery dispute between CA and CCI. The important point being that CCI mentions the theoretical possibility in their papers of being subject to a criminal investigation. The key operative phrase is THEORETICAL and I doubt that the SEC will file a criminal complaint.
