The question should be what documents aren't forged. It used to be only at management levels but with the current need to keep as many revenue students on campus we're seeing it more at the instructor level. Attendance records are the biggest and shop grades are being inflated to keep 'em in class. Also rules are not being enforced as this hurts the students grade. CCI employees are in desperation mode......
