OK? It sucks big time! It's all about execs and big fat bonuses, if you work for AECOM you are just a number and you will be used as such. The whole game is rigged so the top executives extract as much money from the company. AECOM's workers, customers, vendors, shareholders are secondary. In short this is a BAD COMPANY and the corporate leaches should be stopped right now. Sorry for the rant but I've seen this great company deteriorate so quickly that I had to vent a little bit.

I’ve seen everything that was said in that long post .
I know that all that is true bc , I was in a upper management position @ ASSCON/ aecom before they ate me too.
I couldn’t sleep most nights bc I knew the plans and programs, and had to lie straight into the eyes of very good moral people every day.
Satan runs Asscon , as I’ve meet his entire crew of freaks, and co---e sympathizers.
They all were ignorant, and Only loved there money.
They could care less about you or your families.

The first thing they do after buying great profitable companies and emptying there back accounts , was to sc--w over there good employees by taking away their abilities to charge any admin time, and said if you don’t have a billable number to charge your time to , then don’t charge any time at all , and don’t bother coming in , They encourage you to take your vacation time instead. They would rather just use you and your talents when they need to , and nickel and dime you on budgets from everything starting with setting up , to writing the reports , all so that the pimps up top can afford to send there spoiled brat pi-p kids to id--t freak show clown college.
They believe they actually save money on the employees backs , when all they really are doing is draining a company they bought, to move on to the next company to buy , and Shake them down, take the assets, and sc--w over the employees that once thought they had a retirement future.
They absolutely hate there employees.
Then they limited how many years of severance they will pay to the good, hard working worker bees that actually once had a dream of working hard , and living the dreams of retirement one day. They did this because they have a dedicated greed group that gets a lot of the money they robbed from Aecom’s loyal worker bees , , to figure out ways to rob from the workers in any possible way, as to save a few nickels for the pimps sitting on The mountain tops, (High places) ,
then they limited how much vacation time you can accrue , (For the same greedy reasons, then they crammed everyone into cubes and took away there offices that are just sitting empty now. , and now they are working with just a skeleton crew , to keep up with the very tiny few clients that hasn’t left aecom yet.
They Most likely will loose the last of there big clients to there superior competitors in the near future, as the work has shrank down even more as I write this .
During emergency weather related office shutdowns this past year, they told us via email, that we could charge admin during the days they shut down the office, then turned around and told us via email, that we could not bill admin for the office shutdown, and then They had the a-s to tell Us to use our vacation time instead. (Very sorry serpents ) greedy mentality:
They are so out of touch with there outdated corporate physiology tactics, that even the interns they hire in for the summers can see through there id--tic schemes, and they even talk openly about how bad this company is to its employees.
The reason they did all that, is because they don’t want to pay out anything if they lay you off , and are in hopes that, if they make it as bad as possible for you , You will end up quitting, and they won’t have to part with any of there precious, severance pay.
I would say , if you have the max amount of vacation built up , and would get the max amount of severance pay, then your number in the system is safe from layoffs, or being fired , no matter what , they don’t want to pay out, no matter what.
The top soulless pimps in this nightmare , Do not care one bit about its employees or there families.
If they did , they would not work so hard to manipulate and refashion words , and policy to enslave the employees, and give them false hope.

AECOM took away employee death benefits during the pandemic! What a f—ing evil company. Not to mention reduced the salaries of all employees by 10% including those deemed essential that were out battling the virus on project sites. This company is absolute evil. Take a look at their involvement in the UK's military drones. Help build drones to bomb countries, then build hospitals in those countries for the victims. F—ed up!
AECOM lured me away $$$ from a good job in construction, then handed me someone else's f—ups to fix without funding the fixes. Then when the solutions cost more than the problems they solve, they shoot the messenger. They don't appreciate creativity or honesty when the fault lies with upper management but keep them (and bonus them) by letting go of the higher salaried in the field. You don't have a name there, just a barcode to determine where to place you. I turned down a transfer and it was treated as ungrateful that I didn't want to relocate or travel for a two year project.
