You're not the only one in that boat have to deal with backstabbing, pointing out faults, talking to others about manager, etc.. but Karma is already in the works one of his employees is trying to get his job so he is doing the same to him behind his back ... the weekly meeting are mainly just gossiping and talking about other people and departments like this group has all answers, yeah right, I hate going to them
