What do we know so far?

We know they're giving us an opportunity to leave on our own so we don't have to suffer the embarrassment of being walked out by security when they do involuntary layoffs next month. The prideful people will take it, while the stubborn ones will hang on hoping the company's situation will improve. But with our management, nothing will improve.
