I'm getting the hell out before the next layoff round saturates the job market again. This happened after the last round of layoffs and the ones who were laid off couldn't find jobs because there were a surge of people vying for the same positions.
My friends told me they would be at a job fair or interview and there would always be other L-3 employees there. They said it has been incredibly frustrating.
Yep. War-time is over and the defense budget is shrinking every year.
