yap!! he really don't know how to deal what's going on in the warehouse and how he treats people really sucks. Since he worked in wall greens, he is running the warehouse like a drug store and not a book store.

I'm still amazed at Mary, Don and Clay's lack of communicating with their stores. Do these so called leaders realize that they have built such a negative view of themselves with all the layoffs? A successful leader communicates even during turmoil and doesn't hide under a rock like the three stooges are doing.
