If you have Great evaluations, many good increments and many loyal years serving CCI, you are likely to go to the front of the line when it's time for RIFs.
Corporate only looks at how much they are saving. Quality and seniority is not a factor for job security.
It's legal but less than ethical. Employees are like cattle going to slaughter. The best go first.
