Bam! There you go! 25% of it's global workforce. L-3 didn't do that as, well, we all know that management likes to milk things as long as possible, kind of like Enron, instead of trying to legitimately repair itself. So, you get layoffs AND get sold to 'a" bidder! Makes perfect sense! These jobs aren't for "us", they are for the people that invested $$$$$$$ for the sake of turning 4-5% over a few years, that's it.
