A director is not going to report to another director for long one, the other one should recognize what direction they are headed.
It appears that way as there is no way budgets and bonuses will be met this year. But seriously, whats with all the kmart/sears outcasts. I have never seen a company that recruited so many friends from their previous employer. Kmart must be thrilled as they got rid of them without severance. The clock is ticking.....what have they produced in a year? They are moving forward with the same old initiatives.
You misunderstand the purpose of the cuts. They are cutting from the bottom feeders to provide more for senior leadership to spend on themselves.
