Dale cook is a man of integrity. I would question his loyalty and friendship to Jeff L. I think this has blinded his ability to see what kind of managers he has working for him. But overall Dale has ethics imo.
He has so much dirt, that when he walks there is a pile of crap behind him. He has a black list and a fat list. He will walk on the backs of all employees to get where he wants to go. I know him inside and out. He was this way at Williams Co. and before. He has been and always be a screwdriver!!!!!!

If someone has the balls and not afraid of losing their job......Ask Dale about the NBA suite for the finals, he got for the purchase of software suite without going through proper channels!!!!! The Vendor bragged until he was confronted!!! Again the investigation was stopped before it began!!!! WTF????????
Traci had to get rid of her. She caused so many problems in Accounting, was moved to 4 different jobs and failed at every one. When she couldn't get Traci's job, she sucked up to Dale.

Dale has a long history of this kind of thing in his house. He has been a subject of a lot of unethical behavior in the past. I will not go in to detail, but he is very lucky that HR stopped the investigations.
Suprised Dale Wildman allows this level of unprofessionalism in his organization.
