What did he do? He worked hard, was one of the first people in the office everyday, worked nights and weekends. Knew more about the process about taking an online order through the multiple processes, which are numerable, to what the actual customer dealt with. Went out of his way to directly connect the "go to" person", and professionally inquired about information without "dumping" the problem. Meaning he got the information he needed and didn't dump the responsibility on either another department or the people that worked under him he took care of the customer plus the management responsibilities he had. Why he was let go, stupidity and politics is the only reason that I can see. I would imagine Josh had the backs of the people who worked under him, can't have that can we.
My guess isn't what he did, but rather what he didn't do, and that's kiss ass.
I really liked him. He could always solve the problem or at least tell you why it couldn't be solved.
What did he do?
