noun: a person whose job is to do harsh and unpleasant things that other people (the family) do not want to do
So when exactly did they start fighting fair? Was it in November When they laid off hundreds of employees with no notice right before Christmas or maybe when they manipulated the system to eliminate people based on age, race, gender and other reasons not related to the layoff. When your opponent throws the first punch and fights dirty you better be ready to do the same.
I understand people are upset. I personally am loyal to the previous leadership. That's my opinion I have a right to it, what is playing out what I have investigated will in due time show shall I say show not the best business decisions. It doesn't help yourself or anyone else to make personnel comments though. The Follett I worked for was professional, it's changed I agree. I have question people who have made mean posts against former employees, recent I might add, but this forum should hold up to some standards? I was taught don't hit below the belt. If you are in a fight, be a street fight or corporate one fight fair. It'll be your legacy just as it will be the current Follett's leadership and the family legacy.
