We are call center reps!!! I'm an EA who has been with UoP what seems like a lifetime.
EA'S if you don't like the compensation plan get the hell out. I'm so tired of hearing that senior and executive EA's are not going to get raises. Seriously, if you think a call center rep should make more than 55k your crazy! Get a different career if you need to make 60k
I'm not being negative. It's the truth we are call center reps! Most of us overpaid who has job that takes very little skill set. Many EA's have allowed UoP to fiscally handicap them to a point they live beyond their true means.
