It's so FUNNY that you dread meetings. We have none. Communication in our store is like the "whisper game" in a junior high...there is a truth, and then it get's filtered down from one associate to another. Managers know nothing. Except Boss 1, who may or may not share information. And even then not accurately. Morale low. Suspicion high.
