The level of incompetence that is the US DS management is astounding. Thankfully Matt N. was demoted and Luke S. was fired but that's just a good start. They manage by crisis and the long term plan seems to be a merry go round. This new guy brought to replace Matt N. in will just be another person for executive management to blame.
