Transition bonus is a thanks for one last year since you'll never see on in 2014, my prediction is APC buyout leveraged using cash and debt before march 2014. Left last month and glad I didn't stay. Don't fault the new leadership as their handlers at APC are still unofficially calling some of the shots through the board of directors
