Not only are they putting up fake reviews to make it sound better, they are putting up fake salaries on Glassdoor, too. I would love to know what finance employees are making some of the salaries that are all of a sudden on there. I sure as heck didn't know any accountants lower than supervisor or manager making that much. And if they are hiring at that rate now, there's going to be a lot of pissed off long time employees. I highly doubt that's the case though.
I was an accountant...started out at 42K; i left after just over a year...new company is paying me 15k more/year plus annual bonus....it was a major reason for leaving....plus finance is way over staffed as is.
If accountants are making 72k they need to step it up that's for sure.
