The court held a case management conference yesterday and will hold another one on April 9. On April 9 a hearing will be held to see if CCI has grounds for a jury trial. Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution will take place in the April to May time frame. California wants a Summer 2015 and CCI wants a Fall 2014 trial date. We should know by around June 2014 which way this lawsuit is headed.
