Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

I'm a former admissions rep for Wyotech...a CCI owned school. I have been reading the posts here for months and months and wanted to share my thoughts. When I started with Wyotech, I was given the impression that this was a top notch tech school. I was sold a load of lies and I feel horrible that I mislead so many students including the numerous family and friends who co-signed. I was pressured by upper management to meet enrollment goals no matter what it took. Our jobs were constantly on the line and there was no peace. While I did see a small handful of my students graduate and get great jobs, the majority of them ended up working at the local Jiffy Lube. It takes MORE than an education for these students to be successful. It takes character, integrity, manners, and some common sense of which most of the students I enrolled did not have. I watched over and over as management wasted money, cat called females, and partied during all company events. The pride and arrogance I witnessed was only one of the things I believe that lead this company down the tubes. Wyotech could be a decent product but it has been lead by a bunch of buffoons and under qualified leaders. Lies and deceit will eventually catch up with you and its now CCI's time. Camden Kid should be praised for his efforts. He is spot on.
