Not everyone that worked for CCI, lied. We worked hard, and worked for the good of the students, we stayed late and did our jobs, it was Management that did all the misleading, as they did the final approval on everything.
I was laid off because my position was so called eliminated. I still received unemployment, just enough to get some bills paid. I only used the unemployment for about a month, since I was fortunate enough to get another job. It took longer to get the severance pay and they considered it as a bonus, which got taxed over $500. I probably had an option to contact a lawyer, but, because I was glad to be out of CCI, I signed the paper and took the money.
