Morale is horrible. It's no surprise people are quitting with many more currently interviewing. Those in charge have no idea what they're doing.

TD is a great guy. However he was way overpaid like the most of the VPs.
Both TD and JG are huge losses to CHK! Sad part is the leaders in charge have no clue yet. Wish I could get a package.
