Let me tell you something kid...first, with the exception of a few in the hierarchy of the company, a job with CCI is equivalent to being a slave. In order to work for them you better be ready to jump down, turn around, pick a bale of cotton. Also, there is NO, and I repeat, NO job security in working for CCI. That this person was with them for almost twenty years, probably before you were even born, tells us a lot about this company. But you wouldn't know about that because you were still in diapers. When this person came on board, the intentions of the company were much more honorable and sincere. As greed took over, honorable and sincere people at the top were replaced at a constant pace. When you are at the bottom of the food chain, there is no way to know if those replacements were good or bad so hold your head up and keep on doing what you do best. You apparently never had the opportunity to meet this person. Likely they would have made a point to hold out a hand and ask how you are doing, ask you if they could help you in any way. CCI is only keeping young, inexperienced, impressionable people like you on their staff. People who fit in with their greed and can be manipulated to say to you..GROW UP! YOU SHOULD NOT BE COMPLAINING! WE TOOK YOU FOR $50,000. GET OVER IT.
The only winners here are the people of CCI that you will never eat caviar with. Not this person, not you, not those that still are hoping to buy their kids school clothes with a CCI paycheck.
