What are your thoughts about Jim Baumann - I think he's great

Worthless.
Jimmy was a good leader and a retailer. He would have been 10 times better than the kfarts. During his tenure company sales and bottom line were growing. And he was the beginning of the people first movement which was successful - was a great place to work. It really shows that private companies succeed when lead with family members, and then struggle and fail when lead by outsiders who focus on short term bonus and stock rather than long term success of company

I think they could really use his Gumby-like hair right now.
Who is he and what does he do? Is he family?
