They deliberately set it up to make it impossible to get a bonus. Bonuses were dead a year ago when they first announced their new bonus plan. They will try to pretend that NEXT year they will pay bonuses, but it is a lie.

Double digit sales declines year over year force a company to be desperate with all actions. Really shocking that the family is watching this happen. Feel sorry for the other divisions again as FHEG is going to drag them down and zero bonus again.
