Sluurrrpppppp the school sucks. UoP focuses on profits --they allow incompetent students into the classroom which brings down the discussion and overall quality.
You can't bake a quality cake with cost cutting measures and spoiled ingredients. The ones that suffer are the talented students because their image is tarnished by the incapable/ unqualified students that walk across the stage together
