public community colleges and non-profit colleges. They would like for-profit colleges to disappear. However politically that is not possible. Regardless the art of rules and regulations will bring the for-profit to their knees.

Great point- exactly. Mismanagement, thieves and con artists are to blame....for profit can't all be motivated by money or it remains broken.
Follow the rules and regulations and you don't get shut down. Sounds pretty simple to me. And yet, here we are.... lawsuits piling up and ownership still doesn't seem to get it.
Basically on the one hand Obama suggests that veterans should have opportunity and benefits, yet on the other hand the administration suggests that for-profit should not be an option.
