David did a decent job, he was a lot easier to work with than Diaz and Annie.....the real problem is CW......she needs to go.

Why blame David for senior management decisions? He bought what they wanted.
The need to let the store managers have more say in what items to stock at the bookstores. They know what sells, they know the campus, the students and the area the are working in.

Sourcing needs an overhaul. Ainsworth made bad buying decisions. You can thank him for the majority of apparel markdowns taken in March. Company needs to move to move to more regional buying. What sells on the east coast doesn't necessarily sell in the south or the west coast.
