If you have anything to do with our Mortgage Business you might want to polish up your resume and be ready for layoffs. All competitors are cutting deep, we do too and this trend will continue.

I'd say that we are in even worse situation as we typically we employ more headcount per dollar serviced if compared with the competitors. I'd expect that layoffs continue well into 2015 as I just do not see the real estate market picking up volume and mortgage levels going up. Now, I've been in the industry for 22 years, and I can tell you that we are in a very difficult situation with low growth.
