I want to tell everyone here. Do what you are capable of doing to help create change or to simply help one person. My stand was for one person. I refused to accept a $50,000 a year paycheck based on deceit and fraud. I am in a position to make that stand. I am by no means rich, but I have a husband who supports my decision to walk. Not everyone has the luxury of having such support. The comments here make a difference. I read them and found people who have the same morals and ethics as myself. Those comments led me to Camden Kid who directed me in my effort to speak out. If you can't walk out, speak your mind here. I promise you that it makes a difference.

Yes, "change" is happening...Barclays has been hired to map out "strategic alternatives." Since Barclays is an investment bank and NOT a management consultant, what does that mean for you? if you answered EXTREME COST CUTTING (many many layoffs) and future bankruptcy financing, you would be correct. But hey, don't take my word for it..look at the quarterly financials and see for yourself. Oh wait, I forgot, CCI employees only know how to exploit the exploitable.

Read my lips.....CHANGE IS NEVER, EVER going to happen. No matter how much you hope and try, it is NEVER GOING to happen. They WILL shut down the business long before the idea of change enters their mind. At some point you guys need to truly understand that CCI exists EXCLUSIVELY to swindle hood rats and the mentally questionable. As previously stated, the ONLY change you can help make is for you to help regulators shut the place down. Regulators don't see ex-employees as disgruntled, just ask them yourselves. They had no problem taking my deposition and physical documents.

Some of us don't want to quit but we do want the organization to change, even if that change is forced by the courts or the regulators. Information coming from current employees often carries greater weight than information from former employees, because the company would try to characterize the former employees as "disgruntled" and thus only trying to make trouble.

Laurie - I am with UOP and from time to time I visit this board. You have courage and you have morals and do not listen to all haters that scour this board. You should be proud of yourself, it's just a matter of time when this 'for profit' house of cards will crumble. You will have clear consciousnesses and your kids will be proud of you. God bless.
Lol...make change. The only change you can make for yourself is quitting....going out of business is preferable to management then change. At some point, you idiots will have to come to the same conclusion. The only place to make a difference is wth regulators who are investigating COCO. If you choose to still work there...then you are just pathetic whiners with no REAL morals. If you REALLY have morals...you will quit and go to regulators.
