If You Choose To Stay...Document and Resist

For those people choosing to stay at CCi, please ensure you question any actions that may possibly violate existing laws and educational policies--and keep a detailed record of your actions. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. And continuing to be complicit in possible criminal activity is not going to look good on your record, if you ever want to have another job.

@Anonymous11648, this is not only about impending bankruptcy, but possible criminal prosecutions, like Enron, Worldcom, and other companies faced. Remember, CCi hired former Enron prosecutor John C. Hueston as their lead attorney for the crisis management team. This is not to say that low-level workers will be prosecuted, but they may have to answer some questions (if not to prosecutors, to future employers).

I've played that game in the past. After spending tens of thousands and several years of my life, I realized that it's just a total waste of time. Don't spend good money chasing bad money, and if they file bankruptcy, you cannot collect. It's game over, and you're out. As an employee, Do you want to spend your life documenting CCi or simply move on. What do you want to do with your life?

Documenting is a total waste of time. It's time to get out and move on. And if you think you have some major claim, the company will likely file bankruptcy before you can obtain a judgment. Don't spend good time on a big zero.
