Was anyone told they were laid off because of their poor evaluation?

Layoffs aren't performance driven. Or so they say. But from what I've seen, it doesn't look like it. I've seen some top performers get laid of.

I'm sure the bad reviews will be the next ones out. Not everyone has had their reviews yet. I predict we will see some more lay off action by month end. Last layoffs were a week or two after the last town hall meeting wasn't it? Are the final year end numbers in? if so....I'm sure soon!
