Heald College is in meltdown mode. The new quarter which starts April 21 has new student enrollment 25% less than the Spring Quarter of 2013. A massive pruning of the garden being sales people laid off due to the lack of production in getting new bodies for the Heald. EVERYBODY knows about the California Attorney's General lawsuit which has been a real deal killer with regards to prospective student enrollment.
