But didn't I read we are communicating so much better now? Like a gambler report the winnings, not the losses. So the plan is to layoff off one this week wait awhile layoff someone else and hire a Kfart. Same direction just an altered strategy.

Hello everyone Happy Easter. I understand that if you feel threatened by a layoff or let go. I am here to show that you can make it in todays economy. I am an independent Legal Shield representative that offers legal services & ID theft services to families. We are the fastest growing company out there for a business opportunity. Only 4% of Americans have Legal Services. If this business is not for you then you might know of someone that it may help for a long term income.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if the lists went away bu it wouldn't have anything to do with privacy. It would be another attempt by Corp to hide what they are doing.

What does that mean?

When those lists disappear, which they will, you'll know one of the affects of trickled economics.

Sorry, I don't agree. At FSS, we have a section on our intranet listing both new people and people who left. That way you don't waste time contacting people have left (voluntarily or not - it doesn't matter). It has nothing to with a private personal decision. It is a fact - either you work for the company or you don't.

Yep HR. I think the new approach is to let employees go in much smaller groups, that way it doesn't show up on here or other new sites. The less publicity the better. There will be more. Home office has way too many new employees from kfart and did not eliminate the same number brought in. Bottom line is taking a beating.

I've said before, naming names is like "outing" someone. It's that persons personal and private decision to let know if they were let go.

If that person cares about you, they will let you know.

Oh, 8199, how quickly you assume I am here to gather zingers for my next comedy act. FYI, I've worked here for nearly 10 years. Some of those let go are people upon whom I have relied and with whom i have had great professional and friendly relationships. I have written peer reviews for some of them. I have traded friendly emails as well as discussed business topics. I HATE having to go through my "little directory" to see which people that have been great support and friendly to me in this company are no longer there. And I HATE it even worse when their name does not come up. Fewer personal relationships, more anonymous mailboxes (I'm looking at you, Dept.8)

As far as support, I will gladly make endorsements on LinkedIn and offer job opps if anyone is willing to relocate to my depressed economic area.

So why don't you just tone down the self-righteous hysteria and stop assuming everyone following this board is some kind of total sociopathic gossip queen? Get to know me.

I'm not sure why it's unprofessional to ask who was laid off. It really does affect our jobs and you may be waiting for information from these people.

People who throw out words of fear and are so self righteous are really just as bad as those that say nasty things on here. It's apples and oranges but in the end it's all fruit and we are all in the same nasty basket waiting to be tossed in the trash.

Yes you may have to make time to go through your little directory. If you care you wouldn't mind. You would want to go through the effort to contact one of those who have been laid off with a some good advice or a lead on a new job I wouldn't mind if it were me. But if it just to see who been let go jeopardizing their current lives and security for them and their children or to just have some material for a witty remark like some do of people with mean comments I've read here. I do not think anyone is going to offer names. It's unprofessional, even to ask. Unless we get a miracle it's a matter of time we'll be in the same boat. Why do you think numbers are not being reported. Whatever the reasons and I have my opinions I don't want to see all these people without jobs.

They made the quota for the move in Illinois tax savings, the move is done. I think the plans of the new leadership is to remove anyone with a Follett past, a basic militant strategic plan. New regime.
