Had CHK kept their qualified people that walked out the door, they wouldn't need the program. It is utterly ridiculous to think they will get the calibre of folks they used to have. Resumes are horrible compares to those that left!

This new referral program is only for grade 20 or 21 and higher shit on the bottom again. Most pumpers are below that grade and are the ones that makes the company money.so cutting them out the referral program is stupid. No good pumpers. Low production mean less profit.meaning lay off time for WHO.not pumpers. ..

How can one refer somebody to a company that has a radically different future? The agreement to sell all assets is already in place and will be signed around July after due diligence is completed.

Together, We Are Chesapeake have always encouraged referral programs. It reduces cost and time searching for the right employee and retaining top quality employees, just to cite two key examples. I've been able to see one in our department be hired, by referral, and move on to a management position. While this person surpassed us, WE were proud to see this happen as it helped strengthened our team. By no means Is this an out of the box idea. it's well within the tools you and I have to work with.
