Dear Mr. Rauzon, University of Phoenix needs real reform, not just better PR and crisis management. It's apparent that someone has moved key information form the Wikipedia article so most people won't read it (very clever). The truth is that people have caught on about how University of Phoenix preys upon military veterans, people of color, women, immigrants, disabled people, and the underemployed. Reform (treat your students and workers ethically) or face the consequences.
