Seems like half the school is trying to go on leave...with vacation being front loaded vs earned/accrued does that mean you can't use on LOA???

The lunatics change with the direction of the wind.
Lol @8426...if you have a crystal ball I'd rather have the lotto numbers. You're here w/me so I'm guessing you don't know the future!!!!
Are you asking for today or tomorrow?
I'm not asking for anyone to guess. I'm asking if anyone KNOWS if as in the past you can use vacation time on LOA. Has that changed? The policy refers to accrued/earned which most of us lost. There is no clarification for front loaded time. Thanks.
What is this, a game of guess what the lunatics will dream up next?
Clearly I understand CCI at this point...hence the reason for my question.
And mind you, the question isn't whether or not you can go on leave, but rather, whether or not you can use vacation time that has yet to be earned, since CCi confiscated your earned vacation, unless you're in California...
Right Federal Law and all. Like that has ever been a problem for CCi.
Loa has to meet certain parameters. If those are met then you can go on leave.
Don't you understand yet? CCi can, and will, do whatever it wants. If CCi decides it doesn't want to pay you, then you won't get paid. Any other questions? See your director, who will just stonewall you, since directors know little more than you. And what can you do to stop them?
