Pending lawsuit? For what? Layoffs? Those are legal.
Seriously, move on. Find new work. Quit if you hate it, move on if you were displaced.

Well that's just ridiculous if that is the case so the new High Paid Kfarts will be the first to go , right? Or no, ok more evidence for pending lawsuit, thank you!!!!
The sad thing is, this leadership does not know the numbers. They were shocked FY14 was so poor. They are cheering sales increases in April when if they look at year over year increase sales have always increased (even then they are insignificant and don't matter).
They knew the figures all along, just another reason for "current/former" employee's to be laid off.
