If everybody gets 1 more ECRF everybody will still have their job.
ECRFs are an easy way to increase enrollment and make up for the crappy marketing effort. Think about it-- who else knows other idiots that will enroll like the idiots that already have signed up for a poor education and unnecessary debt.
