I was shocked that no one pitched a fit here about the end of tuition reimbursement, 401K match being slashed and the end of anniversary clocks...I guess nothing is a surprise at this point when it comes to cutting costs.

The next benefit cut will be to health insurance. Be prepared to pay double what you're paying now. Also the dropping of company paid life and long term disability insurance. Of course if you are part of the executive branch you will still get your huge yearly bonus check.
It isn't shock or denial. This board simply rehashes the same information over and over. It goes in cycles. When somebody creative gets bored, things get interesting. Otherwise, not much happens here.
