Who can I email to? I know that my manager shares her user IDs from COD, NSLDS, CpS and other government websites with other coworkers. That's illegal.
CCI fired trouble makers (aka people with some ethical conscience that asked too many questions). Not only did they fire them, but they also threatened them on the way out. So, many of those people went to the regulators and provided physical documentation that pretty much created the situation current employees are in now. To say that CCI didn't meet the EDs deadlines for documents is only half the truth...former employees already provided the evidence that the documents didn't exist. ED played the trump card...game...set..match. Bye bye CCI:)
