We continue to struggle with a system glitch that is affecting our ability to renew Skype subscriptions for about half of our faculty. We had hoped that Skype would have a fix for us by now, but we are still waiting. We regret the inconvenience.
If you are unable to make calls with your Skype phone or don’t yet have one, you can do your welcome outreach via email or call from your own phone (remember to document your outreach in Talisma). Again, we apologize for these continuing challenges. We will keep you posted as we get further information from Skype. Rest assured that we are doing everything that we can to get everyone back up and running.
