Nobody from CCI will work unless they leave that off the old resume! I hope the file criminal charges against some of those mf who made all that money off poor women!

CCI is on my resume and I just landed a great position. I would not recommend leaving CCI off your resume, since a background check will show they were your employer and it could cost you the position for lying on your resume.

Smart people who work fir good companies know that in situations like CCI is in, the problems are decisions that only high level and mid level execs can make. CCI did not get nearly shut down by DOE because of lower level employees. It just cannot happen that way. A customer service rep did not shit down CCI. Policies and procedures put in place by those able to implement them did.
I would not recommend leaving it off your resume. When they do a background check (all colleges and universities do run them) it will show up. They run your SS number and every job you ever had and paid taxes on will show up. Lying about your job history is very serious. You can be fired for it at any time or not hired at all. Trust me. They WILL check!!
Yes. You are right. 15,000 people will never, ever find work again. Please. That's absolutely not true! I would be willing to bet that even HR at other for profits have no idea what's going on. Don't assume that people know more than they do. Or even care.
