Students without texts should contact the deans of their schools - or the presidents. Sadly, your instructor and student services rep has absolutely no control over that situation. My guess is they are all as frustrated as you. Who needs to respond at this point in the game are the decision makers. That is who students deserve to hear from.

We have no texts as you didn't pay the bookstore bills. Why bother participating if we have nothing to work with.
Not enough...hahahahahaha. Glad their poor decisions have paid my bills and they will never be able to be free of their loans even through bankruptcy!
