22589: TAMU is a not-for-profit university with many constituents that it needs to keep happy (students, parents, staff, faculty, alumni, taxpayers). They are in no way, shape, or form run like CCi. You are an idiot or a troll.
22465, you are deluded if you think your phone call made any difference, friends or not with the staff. Clearly you don't understand how businesses are run.
22013: Yeah, I did call them. I used to work in the Bursar's office as FWS and have friends there. If any campus really is a client of Socle, that information is not common knowledge. It was clear that it would be a major controversy if it got out to the general staff that they were involved with a CCi owned financial aid processing firm. Hopefully, I lit a fire and there are a couple of people now who will bring it up to upper admin.
LOL, Lake Sumter and Grace Divinity are the only remaining customers that are considered to have a "high" service level. Everything else is bringing in peanuts. But then again, to try and get customers, Socle has been doing almost everything for free. And even then there are no customers. I sure hope Myers and crew have a nice base salary because if they have to depend on commission, they're going hungry.

Yup, we knew about it because we were in the process of converting them over. Heck just last week when we refreshed the Socle environments from production we didn't even add the BioHealth data into it because we knew it was pointless . You see BioHealth told the people it owed money to that they were declaring bankruptcy. It is Texas A&M Corpus Christi and there are more than five clients and in about two or three weeks can you look for my announcement for more schools to call. If anyone wants to confirm you can call Kim Deans or Keith Myers and they would be happy to share the news with you. Heck you might even want to call Lee Beard.

A lot of what's been posted here about Socle is BS. I personally called Texas A&M and asked if they were a client of Socle. They adamantly denied it and laughed at the idea. I'm not sure why anyone would be lying about who's a Socle client, but fact is there aren't many. Actually, someone who left there recently told me there was only one.
Thanks for the post. Not every knows or had the opportunity to read everything. I for one stopped looking at this for a couple of weeks because of all the stupid things people started posting. I think a lot of people are done with this site because of all the crazy posts. Thanks for your information. It sounds like Socle is going to be in big trouble if one by one schools close or go bankrupt.

How many customers does Socle have? I didn't think they had very many.
The date of the article states July 21 - and the court docs were filed July 18. Not sure what 21927 is talking about. Must be one of the many know it all's on this site.
