22167, actually most instructors teach at several institutions, including 'real' colleges. Losing this gig will free up a ton of time, where they won't spend it all doing Outreach. You think the instructors teach? Instructors spend half their 'teaching' time chasing down students who signed up for very big loans and then don't bother getting an education. They spend 10 weeks NOT in class and them show up demanding to pass the class. That's what 'instructors' do. When you have to spend all your time calling your students, it's hard to get any teaching in.
