Selling Heald will take months, once a buyer is identified.
Perhaps they are finalizing the Heald sale and can't go public yet because of we are still a public company.
22649 - that's what I am thinking. Maybe we will be told something in a late Friday night email? Those are the worst ones to get.
Anything they say can and will be used against them in a court of law...

What do you expect them to tell you? Honesty would create mass hysteria and exodus, tarnishing any chance to attract buyers.
