Everest Online Tampa had a training class strolling around the building this week.
CCi is trying to improve its placement numbers for Fitzgerald. All open positions will be filled with students and recent grads. Even if the job only lasts 24 hours.
Some job boards just robo post and the jobs aren't really open anymore. Indeed showed jobs at a school that was closed for months in my area.
For the same reason current employees are staying: denial. If you read this board, employees are being told that nothing is changing and if CCI doesn't sell in 6 months, they will rebrand and continue on. The other thing employees believe is that they are being sold with this company. Both are laughable but they are believing what they are told. It's insane. But, I believed it too - until I was shown the door! (But employees also don't believe anyone has lost their jobs! But the HAVE!)
