You guys left behind will never get one. This year I'm guessing you all are 10-12, and if I was a betting man I would say that they would try to get a potential buyout in before the next round (in 2016) is due to ensure they never have to pay that thing to anyone. Generally most of us that left are happier but I don't any of us would want to go back. That last SVP that left will definitely cause some more to think about leaving.

Agreed....but you can bet your sweet ass management will get theirs. Of course we will be told we are overpaid and lucky to have a job. Karma is a bitch.
